La Torre Café Gourmet is produced in the town of Barranquitas in Puerto Rico. Its aroma and character are harvested at an altitude of approximately three thousand feet above sea level. Our rustic process represents a method of production on the verge of extinction. The quality control that we implement every day is extremely rigorous, starting with the finest hand-picked coffee beans to guarantee an exceptional product. The beans are completely sun-dried, but it is our traditional firewood roasting technique that offers the coffee its unique flavor.
Our gourmet coffee is the result of family devotion to the production of agricultural crops of the highest quality. The product is a combination of engineering and the agricultural experience of Margarito Ortiz, a distinguished farmer and recipient of the 1969 “Farmer of the Year” award from the government of Puerto Rico.
La Torre Café Gourmet is a passion, a unique emotion expressed in taste. The unique flavor connects you to the coffee, a product for the most demanding of palates.
